The folks at Flower City dispensary are the reason that legal cannabis sales are the future for our state. I had the best experience! Truly beyond my expectations. From just being good people to the amounts of attention to what my needs were was off the chart. I went in there with a fair knowledge of what i was shopping for. I was there for close to an hour I think. Just discussing different strains, never a hesitation at answering my questions. Bonus? The product is safe from chemicals, and prices are fantastic! They have so much product that I never even knew about. I’m a huge believer in feedback. my own personal business demands it. if it was on a star system of one to five? it would be an eight if not a 10. when I left I told them they have a customer for life. and I meant every word of it. Oh, and I was so impressed I asked if they were hiring. The place is that comfortable.
Great place with very helpful and knowledgeable staff. The owners were very nice and welcoming. They offer great products in a very relaxed comfortable setting!
This dispensary takes #1 spot in being the best, pulled in to easy convenient parking , super clean, beautiful store , loved the vibes as soon as I walked in , very chic , very modern ,very cutesy , loved the details put into this store , staff was amazing and made sure I was leaving with great products , quick efficient service, atm on site and kiosk available if you already know what you want , love it already ! Definitely stop by and support local !!! You wont be disappointed.
Been to several dispensaries throughout Rochester. None come close to Flower City. The store is beautiful inside, conveniently located in Victor. Their facility has an ambiance to it, I haven’t found anywhere else. Kind knowledgeable staff & I had the pleasure of meeting Jayson my first time at the store. Was very impressed by everyone being so nice at all times. Product is incredible. Wish I came to Flower City before as I will be going only here from now on. 🫡🫡
I went today while I was home for the holidays and it was a great experience!! The vibes are perfect, the store is clean with an elevated feel and there is a great selection. The owner checked us out personally and is so knowledgeable!! Plus there was a cute christmas give away we entered. Will definitely be back and absolutely my favorite dispensary in the area!
