Great place. Friendly staff. They are always so fast. We put our order in online and pay at the store. Always happy employees and in this day and age it’s good to see happy faces behind the counter. The atmosphere is nice. Location is good. There is always parking.
I received product dry and brittle, tried to return it, and was told the can’t take it back! Even though on there recept, it say you have up to 10 day’s for exchange . Tell me there policy changed last year, so my response was, why do you have this printed on your recept. Make it make sense, so I want be doing business with them anymore.
Definitely check this place out! Garrett was awesome and really helped me out as a first-time customer at FLUENT on Beach Blvd. His recommendation for the ‘Communion’ was beyond my expectations. I highly recommend trying the distillate oil syringes – the new tech and delivery system are top-notch, and the variety is great. Plus, it’s the only dispensary in Jax where I’ve found 0.5g syringes when you’re low on mg and need to reroute to Oral another category like sublingual/topical
Kadarius is amazing! He is so, so helpful, professional and friendly. He explained my rewards points and helped save me a good amount of money. I really love this location because they’re always so quick and efficient with the online orders. I never have to wait more than a few minutes. They’re always adequately staffed and everyone is very pleasant. The product is high quality and very fairly priced in my opinion.
