The most atrocious customer service I have ever encountered in my life. Truly have never experienced a more aggressive and rude demeanor from someone in a retail environment. I’ve been in dispensaries all over the country and never had a negative experience. The woman working in this shop is a nightmare, I would recommend trying literally anywhere else. This is far from the experience you want to have in a dispensary.
Don’t go here. The place looks nice and the pictures they use to sell the bud looks nice- but it doesn’t actually look ANYTHING like the pictures and they don’t even show you what it looks like. That should’ve been a red flag enough for me to leave without getting anything. If you are confident in your flower, you’ll show it. Should’ve listened to my gut. Ordered whole flower, got mini/popcorn buds that were a notch or two below mid. Live and learn… and don’t come here
The best customer service of any dispensary by far. Chris, Matt and everyone really go above and beyond the products are high quality never once a return. Also dog friendly Layla feels at home there
I like the budtenders, atmosphere and the Smokiez gummies are the best. Although I haven’t seen the cola flavor in awhile. Hopefully it will come back. Their moods Aio vapes are fantastic. Midnight Cruiser and King Dreams are my favorites but Everglades Haze is awesome too and so tiny to contain a whole gram of oil. Perfection.
I’ve been a weed consumer for the better part of 30 years and have seen everything this state has to offer in the medical market. The staff and management here are knowledgeable, friendly and always have the hook ups. I have had a zillion worse experiences in Orlando, and keep coming back to Fluent. This is the place to go if you are familiar with cannabis a bit and want an easy transaction. The street parking is not an issue if you can parallel park, pretty normal situation there. Its also surrounded by a few restaurants, a bar, and the best record shop in town!
