I had a great experience with the man who checked me out. However, there was also a woman working there who was so brash and rude that I do not feel comfortable coming back to this particular location. I felt bad for the man who had to work with her because she was mean to him too. We were simply inquiring about discounts, and instead of answering us like a normal person would, she snapped and yelled, “ABSOLUTELY NOT!!” She has no compassion. Her bad attitude will ABSOLUTELY drive patients away.
Poorly designed website. Most definitely not a convenience, or user friendly. Im trying to order on the website and if you want to see any information or prices you have to click into each individual flower they have to find out anything.
Feedback is a Gift:
1. Congrats on losing the admin desk. But, if you are not using it, block it off or make a sign. Don’t let me walk in and tell me to go wait in the entrance in front of a group of people. 🛑
2. Why send me back to the admin just to leave my ID in a box at admin…that you don’t use…an ID you had to walk past me to get while I sat there…closer to you. I could hand it to you.⏰
3. To the leader in the dress. If you are going to come out to the floor and make eye contact with customers, do more than knod your head. Say hi. Introduce yourself. You looked important. 👀 I would have liked to meet you.
4. MMUR cards are like gold. You put mine on the counter and didn’t tell me. I randomly saw it when I was trying not to make eye contact at this point. Those should be handed back if you insist on taking it from me.
5. Do yall have a loyalty program? This guy doesn’t know. Not sure if I’ve shopped here before. It’s been at least 2 years if I have. Please look it up. I smoke a lot of weed so the memory gets fuzzy.
6. You never know who is going to walk in. Someone sick, someone sad, someone that does what you do and takes it very serious, someone that cares enough to send feedback.
Still giving a 4 star because it was fast, I got what I wanted, and the team members on the registers either side were having great conversations. I counted 5 dispensaries on my way over. Let’s go fam. Holidays are on us.
NEVER IN STOCK OF MEDICINE !!!! It’s been 5 MONTHS or more since they’ve had certain strains. This will be why I leave!
The employees are actually pretty awesome and they get 5 stars. But not the manufacturer. Being out of a persons medication is UNACCEPTABLE! If Baldor carts are such high demand shouldn’t that be one priority !!?
All patients should avoid Fluent. Their grow operation in Tampa has been exposed in recent days for plant neglect. Mold, bug infestation, and some of the most stressed out plants. Yet, despite these issues, Fluent still sells the horrible “medicine”. DOH has visited the facility this week after the grow op was exposed. This company does not care about the patients.
