I had an issue with a so called policy suddenly being enforced. A policy that had never been enforced prior. The store associate Nelson couldn’t help me. So Nelson called the GM Joe (on his day off) and handed the phone over to me.
Joe and I went back and forth stating our cases. Then Joe stood on business but I stood on business even more. Informing Joe that this is not no candy we’re speaking of. This is my medication that he is playing with. I proceeded with making my threats. Then Joe said you ain’t got to do all that; how can I make this better? I gave Joe my suggestion. Then Joe said done. I was initially shocked then immediately thanked him. Joe thanked me in return. Then I handed the phone back to Nelson.
Nelson completed my purchase with a smile. He even threw in one of those cup cooler sleeves. He wished me a good night and I wished him a wonderful evening.
So now I’m sitting here a happy customer with my medication in hand as I type this review. Thanks Fluent for being Customer Satisfaction driven.
First time going in and Nicole was such great help ! She was very knowledgeable and recommended great product ! Would definitely go back again just for the customer service alone .
Half of there product does not go with the first time patient 50 percent off. False advertisement. Just go another place if you want to be happy
