I loved working with Nathan last night. He caught an expensive mistake and was so professional about it. Today I went back and worked with Ashley and he was amazing also. So was the store manager. I will be coming back again when In town
Thank you
Flora farms, altogether deserves a 6 out of 5 stars in comparison to all other dispensaries I’ve been to.

But let’s get a little bit more personal.
Kristen my person behind the counter seemed very sure of herself, knowledgeable, and demonstrated excellent customer service skills and ability to help. Those are good traits any manager would like to hear about.
Speaking of management. Dustin, who recently relocated from Rt 66/Flora Springfield- not only is he friendly and courteous, he never seems stressed about the capacity of of employees and customers he is responsible for.
He’s always made a point to say hi, and ensure that our “bud tender” took good care of us. He is good at delegating and ensuring that as a business, Flora farms Humansville, MO is always represented by the best, most welcoming, and detail oriented crew around. No joke-
FLORA FARMS PUTS GOODDAY FARM OUT WITH THE TRASH. Politely. 👏
You guys will always have me as a loyal customer and I will bring as many folks as I can!
Every time I visit my mind is blown at not only how fast I get in and out, but how friendly and informed the bus tenders are. The prices are almost half what I pay 50 miles north up the I44.
When I shop I usually like to get a half this place consistently has decent quality product at a reasonable price
Excellent customer service and very friendly. I would definitely revisit this location again. Becca C. She’s awesome!
