Horrible experience today. This has been my favorite dispensary up until about 10 minutes ago. Came to the front door to check in and everything was fine. Extremely nice lady at the check in desk. Was told to go ahead and go to the back. As we walk in we get into the line as one customer was already being helped. A worker named Emmalee said something but never made eye contact with me and my girlfriend. So I assumed she wasn’t talking to us. Then she rudely said I can help you and rolled her eyes at me. As we walked to the counter I said sorry we didn’t hear you. She rudely then asked for my ID. I sat it on the counter and she never even looked at it. The entire rest of the encounter was silent until she asked for payment. As a paying customer the least I demand is the same respect I give. I will never spend another dollar at this place.
There is no reason to treat customers this way. Completely unacceptable. Take your money somewhere that appreciates your business. Having an employee like this working with customers is just bad business and directly reflects how this company views its customer. Simply sad.
Edit: manager Olson gave me a call this morning. A pure example of what true custom service should be. He seemed truly concerned with what happened and assured me he should take care of it. I truly hope this was an isolated incident and doesn’t reflect the views of the actual business. I will be visiting the store again and posting a review about my experience.
Alex was very friendly and professional. Everyone is always super friendly. This is my favorite dispensary. Not only are the employees amazing but the Drive-Thru makes it even more fun and convenient. Alex walked me through Dutchie Pay and was just as patient and kind as can be. The front desk is always courteous and fun. They really make you feel like you’re visiting with friends. I’ll be back!
