I am not impressed. I had to show my ID and medical cards to 3 different people before I made a purchase. The kiosk step is a waste of my time, just to save the budtender time. I continue to promote Releaf in grandview! It’s worth the trip!
The staff are all so nice. Anthony who is one of the bud tenders made the experience amazing! They got me exactly what I wanted and gave me all the time I needed to figure out what I wanted. Very knowledgeable and very kind. Tried some of the products last night and they are amazing. Very high quality stuff!
From The Earth Dispensary is so good, I forgot what I was supposed to be reviewing… oh yeah! This place is AMAZING! The staff is friendlier than my grandma after a glass of wine, and they actually know their stuff. The selection? Let’s just say if weed was an Olympic sport, they’d take home the gold. Prices are solid, the vibes are immaculate, and I may or may not have left with enough goodies to last me through the next zombie apocalypse. 10/10, highly recommend🌳
My visit overall was great. The displays and kiosks are awesome. I was greeted by two employees and one in passing as I walked in to the dispensary and then the same as I exited. Everyone was pleasant. Emma in particular has the personality and easy smile that would immediately relax anyone who might be nervous or apprehensive about a first ever visit to a dispensary. She was warm,friendly, informative and efficient.
Tristan is congenial and he knows his job well. He is great with the customers he works with. He gets to know the repeat guests and he he remembers the kinds of products you like. Thanks much! Pinky
