Been coming here for years (like literally years, before they bought the Broadway location that was Wellspring). Strains keep getting weaker and weaker. Price used to be a bargain, now flower is weak for the price. Place that used to have 33% blue dream. Good luck with that these days. I might finally move on. No Mr Good Chem, no XJ-13, haven’t seen Blue Dream in awhile. Don’t mind new strains but ehh the prime days are over it seems. Classic strains they kill off I’m not sure why.
My favorite dispensary! This location has the best people that work here and the best deals. I recommend EVERYONE
Wish there was a app to track points and keep track of your visits for the 10 cent joints every 10 visits ( the computer system use to alert the bud tenders but seems that feature was lost with the face lift and new POS system…. just a High thought for the owner,
I just found out My favorite bud-dy isn’t there anymore 😢 and I understand that people move on or whatever happens but the guy that I asked was so rude about it. So many changes have been made it seems and they don’t in anyway benefit customers. With current service the way it is I don’t have much reason to return. It takes a lot to turn me away from being a customer but with so many other brands that are actually trying to win business why would anyone have a loyalty to a place that’s disloyal?
Had a terrible experience across the street at poopshade and decided to give this spot a chance. I am very glad I did. Not only was it a nicer facility, but the employees were infinitely more helpful and kind. Customer service goes a long way, and both the receptionist and budtender went above and beyond! I will definitely be back.
Hands down, best customer service at a dispensary in Colorado! I won’t get into it but I’ve been searching for the best everything at dispensaries! Most of all, the “feel” at a dispensary where I could go on a regular basis, keep it low key, depend on recommendations, and at a shop that provides the right product to allow their team to thrive! This comes with that top tier mentality I feel and want when I’m here.
Furthermore, just recently I had the pleasure of working with the manager there, Jamie after a weird situation popped up and while in normal circumstances, I could see how difficult it would be to handle but with her, she effortlessly deescalated what could have been, an awkward situation and instantly made me feel at ease. She then gave me two options, clearly explained what the next steps were, what I could expect and when. Amazing!
And then finally, she made me feel appreciated for the inconvenience and gained a customer for the foreseeable future! It’s not what I expected in here, but these guys have it figured out! Thanks Jamie!
