This is sad I have to post this on my birthday. I have purchased most my of cannabis at this store for a few years now. So today is my birthday and I get a coupon that says spend $25 and get a pre-roll for $1. I thought that it would be a long drive but worth it for the $1 pre-roll. I get there and they tell me it’s only for a specific kind of pre-roll. I just drove 20mins across town to be told I didn’t read the fine print. I’ve spent a large amount of money over a few years. I can assure you that you will not be receiving my money again. Sadly I drove back home empty handed on my birthday. Way to loose a customer “Good Day”

I really enjoyed my experience the first time there. The Bud tenders were knowledgeable, helpful in procuring my order. Unfortunately, I went in there yesterday, and it seemed as though the bud tender did nothing but read what was on the board she had no knowledge of what was going on other than to repeat what she was reading extremely unhelpful. I really wish I would’ve left the store and went someplace else. Oh well, maybe next time oh and I don’t need a response from your story about this having me contact your support. I contacted your support yesterday and there was no support that’s how that goes.
I went to the new location for the first time yesterday, Mr. Eric was AWESOME as always! I had the pleasure of having Kelsey as my cashier, she was delightful and had a very bubbly and giddy personality. The staff here are DEFINITELY in the right business and will ALWAYS be the reason I come back! 😁
We were passing thru town, I googled where to find this type of store. The reviews were good so we made the stop. Will was very knowledgeable & very patient with me. This was my first time in the shop. Normally someone buys it for me. If I lived in Joplin I would definitely be back.
