Nice lil shop atmosphere was great had a customer tell us how to make our order so that was helpful & very nice of them. Ordering was very easy & getting your order didn’t take long. Amazing products & I highly recommend if you are near the area.
Well, that was unfortunate. Second time visiting. Bad experience, and I really don’t want to have to come back again. Was about to pay for my pre order and I heard people naming my car’s make and color. I said that was my car and asked if it was parked improperly. The staff told me they were about to tow my car. I asked why and they didn’t know. They were honestly dismissive but still took their time in checking me out even though they just told me that my car was being towed. So then I go outside and nobody is near my car. I don’t know how they were even discussing my car in the first place, but I guess I’m glad I overheard and didn’t get my car towed for no reason. Turns out there was a sign that was fully knocked on its side and not attached to ANYTHING saying that it was an employee parking space. It was behind the stone marker of the regular parking space, on the ground, on its side. It was partially between two parking spaces. And I have to have y’all tell me they’re towing my car because you can’t check that stuff is marked properly? You don’t know what kinda day I’ve been having. That level of stress was awful, and turns out.. I didn’t even have to go thru it! Wish I didn’t come to this store, lol
Been going there for a few years now, since they opened and have been a huge supporter of theirs. Lately the prices have been terrible, the quality is terrible and the staff are terrible. I made an order for pick up last night and your bystanders sold what was in my order to someone else in the morning, making me have to redo my order and forcing me to spend more money. I have had consistent issues with the staff being absolutely lazy and not knowing what exactly is in the orders I order for pickup, selling out of things that people pre-ordered for pickup, or just plain giving the wrong items in the orders forcing us to redo them in store and spend even more money. You all were once great, now you all are pretty terrible and I won’t be spending any money at your establishments in the future.
This young lady was very nice and patient and she made sure I had what I wanted. I’m going to seek her out every time I visit this store.
