Jeremiah was an awesome help to me today. I needed some crumble and wanted a vape when I ran into the store today. He was able to stack my overdue birthday discount to a daily deal that enable me to actually tip instead of needing that money to pay for this more expensive medicine.
I did run into a snag, but the problem was resolved so quickly and which such grace, I will probably drive the extra mile back to the store in the future.

Katie is the absolute best, she’s always so on top of everything, always incredibly knowledgeable, always ready to assist, super polite, incredibly efficient, and makes the experience that much more above and beyond. Katie (and sometimes Jimmy /kidding Jimmy, you rock/) make this location what it is. Katie has made it feel less like a business and more like a family, as she becomes familiar with the clients and their needs, which has really helped me in selecting strains and uses that work for the medicinal uses it’s intended. I can’t say I have ever left Katie’s care feeling anything less that fully rejuvenated, seen, and excited, as well as more informed and calm. Katie was one of my first experiences after getting my card and she’s been pretty much there every step of the way since. She takes the time to listen to my questions and answers them completely. Very attentive, very wonderful human being. Thank you Katie for being so great!!!!

Upscale looking but the no human interaction when ordering is lacking. If I wanted to place my order on a giant screen I would have done it from my phone online. Custom and Natural Relief will continue to get my business until this city can bring a decent dispensery to LR.
