Overall ok company none of the employees I have met have been any sorta of cheerful they all seem like they hate their job and life. I was just in Nacogdoches for a pick up and the lady there Victoria was not very friendly to me it seemed like she was in hurry and was rushing everyone. Me and dr moons staff were talking about it and they agree that she’s not kind and that she shouldn’t be here if she hates her job. For a company who prioritizes their patients the people they employ rush the patients at pick up , never smile, and don’t have a good attitude especially Victoria she has me feeling like she’d rather be anywhere but in naco for the pick up
