The workers in the store today were very rude and very blunt. not helpful. The machine that’s used to pay for your merchandise was not working correctly. It had a major glitch like it was a scam machine. You know like the ones at 7-11 that take their card information and scam you the worker kept saying to be patient and telling me in a rude way that the card reader works
, but he saw that the machine did not work at all so I had to use the ATM usually I’m greeted very well and respected but today I felt very disrespected and uncomfortable getting a better card scanning machine that doesn’t glitch the worker needs to inform the customers that the machine is not working correctly and they should use the ATM AND STOP SAYING to be patient, knowing that the machine does not work properly and you can’t see the numbers to put your PIN in so I felt it was a scam because I have been coming here for 3 years and never felt this way
