What a great group. First time in and I must say I’m so glad I did. Everyone was dancing to the music and enjoying their evening. Customer service is wonderful and the selection is pretty sweet. I recommend checking them out. The outside of the building is not very appealing but your world changes as you enter and then you’ll find it very appealing!! 5 ⭐️’s all the way!!
First time in and it won’t be my last! The energy here was so fun and I love going places where the employees seem like they love their job, and this place had it! My bud tender was really passionate and pleasant as hell to talk to (sorry if I rambled at you haha)
Before writing this, I read some of their other reviews, and it makes me laugh, as someone who has worked in the industry before, how many people feel like this is a regular retail business and they don’t have to follow certain legal steps these employee must take. Cannabis has a lot of rules and regulations that people are held accountable to follow… It’s not an easy job, but the staff at this location did a great job and had fun and looked great while doing it, so thank you guys! You will be seeing a lot more of me.
5 Stars – A Most Enchanting Encounter at Green Dragon
Upon a misty eve, ’neath waxing moon’s soft gleam,
We wandered forth in search of herbèd dream.
To Greenest Dragon we did tread,
Where scents of thyme and citrus spread.
There stood a man, both bold and wizened,
Clad in robes—a true Moon Wizard.
His fingers, long, like ivory keys,
Did summon Bach from burning trees.
He spoke in tongues both strange and grand,
With lute in hand—not pipe—but grand.
A melody played upon the air,
That made our burdens light as prayer.
“Oh, seekers of the verdant leaf,
Let music soothe thy mortal grief.
This bud,” quoth he, “doth sing in C,
With hints of thyme, and revelry.”
We laughed, we danced, we felt quite merry,
High as a harpsichord on sherry.
Then came this phrase, quite out of fog:
“Thou must, anon… go pet that dog.”
We wept with joy, we dared obey,
And yes—the dog did bless our day.
The Moon Wizard, with powdered wig,
Did bless us with a thoughtful gig.
Now oft we ride by cart and nag,
To fetch more dreams in plastic bag.
For herbs may fade, and songs grow still—
But Moon Wizards? They bless you still.
Legit have NEVER had a good experience here. I tried going in today for an online order. Girl that was at front walked away when I was trying to get her attention. When I went to the atm she screamed she needed to check me in let her know I tried to check in yet she disregarded me. She stated she was on the phone yet had no problem yelling at me at that moment WHILE on the phone. Do mot recommend. they need proper customer service training.
The veteran discount is one of the best in town, but you can’t be good customer service and unfortunately this place doesn’t have that. I was helped by Riley and like others have said, he is condescending and rude. I left feeling uncomfortable, as he interjected himself into conversations that he was not apart of. When asked questions, he managed to act like he knew more without giving any information about the products.
