I wanted to give these guys a 5 star. I bought two boxes of 5 joints last night and when I got home found out one was empty. Well as you might think if I would have went in demanding a new one they would have just said there’s no way that happened. Well I went in today and explained the situation and asked if I could by a new box and let them know there might be a problem with the stock on the shelf and they should make sure they all have joints in them. The manager nicely did not make me pay for the new box . I really appreciate it guys!!!! Signed: Dude with the empty box of joints.
I’ve been coming to Green Dragon for a while, but this is the first time I’ve left with more than just a physical product – I left with an education! Nathan was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain the different additives like CBD, CBN, and CBG, as well as how to properly consume the product safely. His thorough explanations made me feel more confident and informed about my choices. I really appreciated his expertise and patience in answering all my questions. Highly recommend speaking with Nathan if you want to walk away with more than just great products!
Green Dragon USED to be my favorite dispensary. The folks were always friendly and welcoming, and we always felt so at ease.
And then the acquisition happened.
All of the previous budtenders are gone, and with them, the wonderful atmosphere they had built. The last time we came in, we felt unwelcome. The budtenders were very short, just asking what we wanted and handing us to the cashier. Our budtender did not even respond to an attempt at small talk, just responded the question with “do you want edibles?” I understand not wanting to have 30 minute conversations with each customer, but blatantly ignoring “how’s your day going?” is a bit unnecessarily rude.
We likely will not be back. It was such whiplash that it left more than a sour taste in my mouth.
OMG Nathan was amazing! Actually had knowledge of the product I asked about. Helped me out so much to find the best product for what I was requesting. Definitely hoping to have Nathan help me again!
I always enjoy going into this shop but Nathan in particular was a huge help! He answered my question without going to in depth or being windy. I love my new product and will keep going back.
