Purchased 4 vape cartridges less than a month ago. I opened the last one last night and the cartridge was empty. Called the store immediately (2/19) and the person who answered stated she was the “owner” I explained the situation and she sounded very accommodating by telling me to bring it back and that she would take it up with the manufacturer. It was 10 minutes before closing time so I said I would bring it in the next day (2/20) and she said: no rush.
Fast forward to today, went in and explained the situation to the girl working. She went in back and brought out another girl. This girl was super rude and told me numerous times that it was unacceptable that it took me so long to bring it back. I tried explaining to her that I buy more than one at a time and she stated that I should open them and check the cartridges as soon as I purchase them. I have never done that before because I assumed they would stay fresh longer if they were unopened. She also made a comment that the cartridge appeared used. She proceeded to message the owner, and than claimed that I never spoke to her on 2/19. She than ended up calling the owner, not sure what was said but the rude girl ended up giving me a replacement after once again reprimanding me for not bringing it back sooner. I had her open it so we could check to make sure that the cartridge was full, which it was. And she made another rude comment.
Added on 2/21 after seeing owners response:
$51.00 UNUSED Cartridge was brought back with original packaging & receipt which was dated 1/26/25. While I understand the purchase was made almost a month ago, I do purchase multiple quantities at a time. AND I DO NOT OPEN THEM UNTIL I USE THEM. So I had no way of knowing the cartridge was DEFECTIVE not USED.
I did call the day before I returned item (which was the day the item was opened) and explained the situation and I was told to bring it in. I would never have done that if I would have known that I was going to be BELITTLED by staff.
I WILL NEVER GIVE THIS BUSINESS ANOTHER CHANCE, ESPECIALLY AFTER READING THE OWNERS RESPONSE
