I had a wonderful experience here. I wasn’t near home and I was impressed by how seamless the process was as a first time customer. Do not bother,it was a great place when they opened but now it’s horrible I am currently standing in line for what has been over 40 minutes now. Two lines I’ve been at the front of my line for over 10 minutes and have been consistently skipped, every time a bud tender finishes a transaction they walk away to talk to each other. They’re dragging out small talk with customers on a Friday. Overall terrible experience. Would never shop here again if I didn’t have points built up. Do not waste your time or money on this awful place. Go to another location millersville is never like this
Should be 5* due to prices and staff… however their numbers listed online have been wrong for me 100% of time. I’m trying to give this place another shot (started coming back after 2 years) but I can’t rely on accurate numbers so I guess I have to go elsewhere. Really sucks because their pricing has been great and staff are always nice and helpful. If you’re not going to update numbers, then don’t post them in the first place.
I am very disappointed with this location. I arrived at around 8:54 (yes I know it was 6 minutes before close) and I was denied entry. It wasn’t many people in there so the transaction would have been. Idk, I feel like as a frequent, and I mean really frequent, customer I expected a bit of understanding after rushing down the road. Disappointing to be honest. This is why the Laurel location will always be the best and my favorite.
Von was very helpful with suggestions and making sure we knew what we were getting. The whole facility was nice and welcoming. Very clean. The waiting area with the menus was also nice as it let us know the deals for the day. Overall a great first stop on my trip with my friend. I’d also like to thank our rental car driver for suggesting this place as we had a few that we were still thinking about.
