This was my first time coming into Green Tree while visiting my father in law who comes here pretty often and recommended this place. The front girl was super sweet I wish I would have gotten her name even at opening time which is at 8am. They were definitely already busy this Friday morning but Kyle answered all of our questions and was super courteous and knowledgeable. Definitely will be coming back!
I’ve been a member on the medical site for over a year and I absolutely love this place! Kevin and Kyle and Sean are some of my favorite people to interact with, as is Maya. The medical side selection and pricing is great, with membership discounts it’s phenomenal! Just got some Spiced Blackberry (50/50 hybrid with 20% THC content) and it’s fire! ☘️ 🔥
Never buy a cartridge there!!! Bought a cartridge yesterday and tried to return it today. Despite clearly being able to see wax oozing out of the seals and it being a clear quality control issue, they told me “it was hitting just fine in the back”. All I wanted was a simple swap with a cartridge that actually worked, but no. Just go to LivWell down the street, they won’t scam you out of $40 selling bum carts and refuse to return them. You should change your store policy to include refunds for clearly defective items.
Always a smooth, quick, easy, super friendly experience. Everyone here is super helpful with anything you need. Had a product we needed to swap out and Kevin made it a super painless process. He went above and beyond!
