I have went to this store for years now. More so since I started smoking more in the last 8 months. I was bummed out that the online order I placed tonight was not the same as what I was charged in store. I was so flustered that it was over $20 more in price I walked out with my order than came back in after looking again at the online order to question that it said a different price on the online order stating it said $55 and not $75. All I got out of questioning twice about the price and also being told I can’t return the item that had the wrong price on it also told all shes going to do is let her boss know the online price is wrong. No offer to fix it or offer my credits or something to make up for that extra $20 I had to than use my card for since i didn’t have enough money “cash” was pretty lame.
I kind of don’t want to spend anymore money at this store anymore. Maybe time to change it up.
Moral of the story. Don’t trust anything online because it’s not updated. I mean who orders bud online? 🤣🤣 my lazy ass will just go to a dispo to pick what I want.
Adding a little edit. The owner texted and apologized for the inconvenience, mostly had the issue with how it went down. But it was handled professionally and im happy. Besides all that it’s a great place. I really like the quality as do my close friends and family that also enjoy this store.
Greener Pastures is absolutely awesome. Very friendly staff and always has products available. My one and only gripe is I’ll buy the cartridges and more often than not they are not completely full. I’ll get them where it looks like 1/3 is already gone which is a bummer because they already don’t last very long. If I pay full price it’d be nice if they were full also.
Best flower in the state by a country mile. Lived in LA six years, Sedona 6 months , Denver 6 months . This flower is best of the best stop playing! 15-20 8ths that smack! Top shelf better than anything in Cali. Oz a week flower smoker , usually nothing less than 30%, I’m the guy to ask. Best of the best. Don’t bother other dispensaries don’t come close. Beautiful store, friendly staff, below average product. All flower smells the same, earthy and minty. Seems like it could be cbd with THC sprayed on it. The high was not very good.
This place is great, from the staff to the product. I’ve been with them for some time now as a medical consumer and so I can say for sure I’ve seen their edibles products change for the better over the years as they worked with new ratios or flavors or even edible bases.
They are constantly trying to make their edibles better for their customers and I really have to give them props that.
Their new gummy recipe is superb compared to the original gelatin recipe they had and although it can still be a bit “green tasting” at times; I would love an up in the amount of flavor to herb taste, the consistency makes it easy to quickly get passed the taste at those times and focus more on letting it help with the medical issues I need it for.
Down to the staff answering questions on strains that might help different aspects to even as I said the improvements over the years, shows that they do care and are willing to update things for the better instead of thinking “it’s good enough” like some others places I’ve experienced.
