I love this place, I do, but they realllllly need to fix how they handle their online orders. Other places let you pick up your online order at check-in, which seems like the point of online ordering (to save time). Here, you still have to wait in the line for regular orders as well. So, if there are 17 people in front of you (like today), you will be waiting 15-30min just to pick up your order that is already prepped. It just doesn’t make any sense, honestly. I’d love to change my rating to a 5 but won’t be until they fix this glaring issue.
Brooke? Not sure if she was one in the lobby or if she checked me out. My cashier made no eye contact with me and did not try to make me feel comfortable whatsoever unlike all the other cashiers I’ve had experiences with at other stores. The girls in the lobby were awesome!
My experience was great. Randi was excellent. She was friendly, and very knowledgeable. She worked hard to help me decide what would be best for me . The front desk staff even laminated my card so it wouldn’t get destroyed. I will definitely return her next time. Thank you staff and special shout out to Ms. Randi
The woman working the front desk during the snow was so unprofessional and snarky. Oh do u have anxiety?! When s customer comes to u saying hey… would be cool if I could get a word across without being cut off while asking questions on phone it’s prob best to not continue your disgusting behavior. Some people do have actual anxiety. Like can’t leave the house and things like bipolar and they have to go with no meds and their only relief is what this business supplies…. You are a disappointment and everything that someone with true mental health or any issues does not need to encounter. Please know those tears weren’t because ya got me… because ur little snarky smile… u didn’t hurt my feelings… u enraged me… u reminded me why this world is trash.
I’ve been to several dispensaries, and every single one I’ve visited includes sales tax in their pricing—except Greenlight. Here, the listed prices do not include tax, which means you end up paying more than expected at checkout. On top of that, their prices are already higher than other dispensaries where tax is included in the advertised price.
It feels misleading, and honestly, it’s frustrating to see a price on the menu only to get hit with a higher total at the register. Other dispensaries are upfront and transparent with their pricing—why isn’t Greenlight? If you’re looking for fair pricing and no surprises, I’d recommend going elsewhere.
