Very helpful staff will take time to answer questions. The store is very clean and secure. I got a couple vap pens and very good flavor and amazing good buzz. Going today and pick up a couple carts. I was impressed with the staff helping an old stoner guy. The young lady hooked me right up with the 🔥 i was wanting 😉
The people here are always super nice we had Kayla help us and I hope I spelled her name right but she was so helpful and nice she gave me great recommendations fully recommend her for any questions because she was awesome
Such a friendly and welcoming environment. Going to this establishment is always a JOY and pleasure. They staff will talk to you and help fi d EXACTLY what you want or need. I tell them the amount I’m budgeting with. I found myself always satisfied leaving. Almost like it’s a guarantee your gonna be happy😉
I can’t put my finger on what is exactly wrong with this place, but they do everything wrong. They waste your time, nothing on display is accurate, the bud tenders aren’t helpful and actually have tried harder to confuse me for no reason – one telling me there is no such thing as sativa and indica. I spent multiple visits trying to figure out which of their available edibles I liked best, but when I go back they never have anything in stock, so I am always having to try something new. Their Flower is so overpriced I would never purchase it. It’s like they haven’t considered, at all, what it is like to be a customer and what we might need or what we need to know in order to get what we want. AT LEAST PUT AN ACCURATE MENU AT THE REGISTER.
I don’t like leaving negative reviews on Google, so I continued to visit this dispensary multiple times hoping that it would get better, but it just gets worse. I am a recreational user and although my home base is in Dayton, I am typically traveling and have visited dispensaries in almost every legal state. NONE of them function like this place. I find it ridiculous.
Always helpful, as a long time medical patient, I’ve always appreciated the customer service, selection, quality and availability.
