Great location. James was the best with his help and knowledge of the product and my questions. Parking lot is great. You don’t have to worry about your car. Getting bothered or messed with was an enjoyable experience and if you come before noon they give you 30% off on certain days which is great

First, when I called, I believe her name was Victoria answered and was just amazing! She was extremely knowledgeable in helping me find the CBD for Hailey, my 16 year old dog, I give her the human version of the tinctures, (find them more effective for my dogs pain than those ‘for dogs’) .
Victoria honored the sale price since they were out of stock that day. She is just really nice!!! Which is hard to find sometimes since ‘mean’ apparently has become the ‘new cool’ of the 2020s. I’m bummed out by ‘mean’.
Then I got to Harborside to pick up the curbside order, Justin came out, he too, is incredibly nice and friendly! He came out with my purchase, for me to pay Justin was efficient, but chill, he is welcoming and kind!
Having folks, like Victoria and Justin, working for your business who treat others with genuine kindness and care makes all the difference, especially when I’m having a hard day! Appreciate you all!
Was in the shop yesterday evening right before close and I expressed my feelings of guilt or shame for coming in so late. Josue was not only really helpful but he assured me that Harborside has a culture of providing the same level of service irrespective of time of day. Really appreciate Josue and the staff for always being helpful and providing an excellent atmosphere for customers while they browse / make their purchase
Tricia R. is so incredibly sweet and absolutely the definition of customer service. Whenever I get rung out by her she’s always gone the extra mile, during a pickup they were out of something I ordered and she immediately started looking up things similar to what I was supposed to get, ran to go get them for me, and came back with several options, and asked me about it the next time she saw me.
Everytime I’ve come in store she’s always filled with energy, greets regular patients/customers by name, and consistently gives a great in store experience to everyone she helps.
