It was my first time stepping into a Haven in a very long time, and Andres made it such a great and easy experience for me. Super cool person, really friendly, and answered all of my questions. Our transaction was interrupted a couple of times because I wasn’t prepared with cash (my fault) and he was really patient with me and let me take my time to gather what I needed. I went in for my usual pod but it was sold out but luckily Kevin was able to help me out.
He explained a few other brands, heard what I was looking for and recommended a new brand for me. I took two of his recommendations and I’m looking forward to going back to try the other brand he mentioned! His patients and knowledge of the product was awesome! Thank you Kevin!

I’ve been to a lot of stores in my day… and I don’t know if I have EVER gotten better customer service than I got from Andres. He was so helpful and NICE!! I didn’t really know what I wanted when I went in, but after Andres helped me— I knew exactly what I wanted. And he noticed I qualified for a discount and hooked it up. WOW!!! So happy with my experience.
Yulissa was so nice to me and accepted the fact I was all over the place with stuff I wanted to get for me and my family! Super attentive and understanding of what I wanted to get! Over all great service from her and would come to hopefully get her as my bud tender again!
