The bartenders are always very professional very nice very knowledgeable and if you’re looking for something they don’t have in the store. They’ll look it up on the computer and see about getting it in the store. Every experience I’ve had in my profile has been excellent.
Ive been to most of the shops around Central Illinois and have been since they started and High Profile is definitely the spot. I could make a hefty list but the “highs” for me are the staff, the cleanliness of the dispensary and pricing/specials.
The BEST staff in the area! They are ALL extremely friendly, welcoming and genuinely know the deal. I always feel ant home and actually get answers to my questions!
The entire building is always squeaky clean. The floors are shining and the only aroma is sweet ganja! The displays for each brand and product look professional and they keep it simple and not too busy.
And finally, the prices and daily specials are unbeatable. To be fair to other shops, the selection is maybe not as plentiful at all times, but there are always primo options and deals you won’t find elsewhere. I haven’t been to another dispensary since my first trip to High Profile and I don’t plan to anytime soon. They absolutely get my highest recommendation to anyone and everyone on any type of budget! As u walk in the security person there was very helpful . Big shout out to the staff. Will definitely b back ! I saved Sum cash today . . My bud tender today was awesome. Good vibes.
Bree was very personable and helpful at checkout and Nancy was also awesome at the reception, other guests did not have as enjoyable of a time due to a delay in their order due to staff miscommunication, I let them go before me as they were rightfully frustrated at the situation. the rewards I used were quite decent as well, the reward system long term could use a little cheaper rewards than what they have currently as ascend gives rewards at the 250 dollar amount for 10$ off but all in all a solid experience. The 10$ off your first and second experience will probably get people in the door initially but that reward to cost ratio will make the more dedicated customers go to a different dispensary
This is by far my favorite dispensary, the best employee’s, the cheapest prices, and the best deals. I’ve been to every dispensary in Springfield and compared all the prices and it’s the cheapest one in town. Every time I go in it’s a pleasant experience and they always recognize me !
