Higher Tolerance is a beautiful place with great staff. The flowers I was recommended were perfect!!! Their pre rolls were fairly priced . I walked in with very little knowledge on pens and walked out with just the right one thanks to the time the staff took to explain everything to me. They have the best flowers in Albany!
