Absolutely 5 stars! The staff have a cultivated knowledge without arrogance towards those who do not. The adorable small female and Pete Davidson lookalike are two of my favorite people to deal with when associating with society. Amazing 👏

This place is poo they don’t have any quality control noone shakes the tube of joints before they sell it to you. Two visits in a row and it’s not like they gonna believe me that I opened it and nothing in it. Open all your stuff in store in front of them especially buying infused. To be honest I don’t think I’ll be back they just tell you to contact the individual company so they just robbing you when they mess up. I had a suuuuuper shitty experience last night as a customer of almost 6 years, and will not be back if I can help it. I came in around 10:55 last night, which I KNOW is frustrating since closing is 11, and as someone who has worked customer service/hospitality since I was 15, I get it! It sucks when someone comes in before closing l, and if I could’ve been there sooner I obviously would’ve been! But also your hours are your hours for a reason.
I came in, acknowledging that i was “that guy” trying to be light hearted about it, but genuinely apologetic. Here’s where it gets fun!
I apologized FOUR times to absolute silence until I finally said “okay guys, like i get it, i’m sorry!!!”
“how are you paying?” was the response lmao.
After my (really yucky interaction of a) purchase, I was in my car with my window down as I was sorting my things into my purse, etc. when the staff that had just served me (pretty sure ones a manager btw – girl with dyed red hair) came out literally (like actually – literally!!) LAUGHING at my disappointment with my service.
As someone who is A) a decent human, B) a paying customer for 6 years, and C) has worked in customer service/hospitality all my life, I’m honestly sooooo disgusted and grossed out with my service tonight. Highlife used to be one of my favourite dispensaries in town but I will literally never be back.
