I came here to rave about this place and was quite surprised by the most recent reviews!!
I have to say, give this place a try before you listen to those negative ones…*also side note – the one review literally started off with racial profiling so…yea not sure I’d even keep reading there but you do you! Everyone is entitled to their opinion but…yikes*
Anyway, I’ve been coming here for about 3 years and I absolutely love it. The store is clean and spacious which is great cuz when it’s really busy there’s no anxiety about waiting in a cramped space. The staff are absurdly nice and have great product recommendations whenever I ask…(ask that British guy he knows what’s good…AND the tall guy the one review decided to racially profile is actually REALLY AWESOME AND SUPER NICE so I dunno what that’s about. They both served me TODAY and they were incredible with lots of great suggestions which is actually why I’m here to review.
The price is pretty good too…some things are expensive but it’s good because they price match stores in town so I don’t have to go all around town to buy something. It helps cuz I live really close so it’s super convenient. I like to do a lot of online comparisons just incase tho cuz money is tight and the prices seem to be among the lowest ive come across.
Anyway, it’s a great store and make your own judgements before you listen to some unhinged ones!
Oh! And they have dollar specials if you’re part of their rewards program so that’s pretty cool too. I got a sick hoodie from it.
Steven is always helpful and friendly when I visit the store. I don’t go anywhere else because it’s always such a pleasant experience to shop here. Every staff member has been friendly as well.
The Brantford Highlife is my primary store for a few reasons. Firstly, the staff is great!! They are knowledgeable, helpful and always friendly.
Second, it has been my experience that 99% of the time I go to the Brantford store and they have what I need. As my consumption is primarily for pain control; it is key to have medication available and that works helping me keep mobile and pain levels tolerable.
VERY RUDE AND BAD SERVICE

He usually works the evening shift is very disrespectful not only to my but to my husband also.
Every time I come to buy my stuff from there, he always has attitude towards me, when I order and he goes to get my product he is shaking the pre-roll tubes, or squeeze the package, than he takes for ever like he is doing it on purpose to bring my order.
This happens to me and even my husband, he always gives attitude and talks to him like he is better than him or something.
This location is convenient for us, we live very close by. But we won’t tolerate this behaviour from a Budtender that is supposed to be professional and be there for the businesses customers.
LAST TIME WE GO THERE!
Best dispensary. Friendly staff, helpful and patient with my mom when she wanted to make edibles for the first time. They always have good deals, and a daily $1 edible
