i will say the customer service at this location is amazing and some of the best of any store i visit.
that being said the monthly ounce special has gone down hill since this location opened. originally they offered 2 specials for the month, a top tier ounce and a lower tier ounce. once the company was taken over by another company it changed to just 1 special ounce product per month.
which brings us to current day. now you get a selection of top 2 tiers for a higher price or lower tier products for the price the ounce special has been for a while.
no complaints with the price, i get that you are a business and need to make money. however your new special of the month system is just screwy to be honest and you cheat your self out of getting more money for a lower lever product, if you are paying for the top 2 tiers at the higher price you should have the option of choosing an item of a lesser value tier.
ill give an example that i think most have experienced as it has been the normal practice at every location i have been to. if you order a pizza and decide you want it half and half you are going to pay for the pizza at the higher half’s price. the company gets a higher price for the lesser product due to customer choice.
if a customer is choosing to have a lesser value item in the mix and agrees to pay the higher amount, it would make a happy customer for getting what they want and i would think a happy company as you would be getting more for your lower tiered products.
back to my initial statement of the customer service being great. might even be a cool if the company could put all extra profits from these sales into the Taco fund (tip jar) at the end of the month.
So happy I found this dispensary! Great selection, Good prices and solid deals on top. Staff seem to know their product well and are friendly and welcoming I definitely will be back 🥳
My bud tender just told me, YES Those are 100% nug rolled, you can probably sell this bs to the rookies. But I’ve got news for you these j’s are 100% rolled with 100% trim.. I would return them if possible, thanks for nothing. I’ll be going to dispensaries where they tell the TRUTH.. they did offer an industry discount
Everyone has an awesome personality and are super helpful. Will always be a regular!
