Customer service was great. I got all the way back to Ohio, and both of the Lucas. I bought would not allow me to hit the button more than twice without getting stuck. Kinda bummed. The gentleman gave me a great deal, about 20$ cheaper. So I went to get a 2nd…. by the time I got back to Cleveland. Both have the same issue. The company online will not honor the warranty
Wild! Fun and options for sure! Our Budtender was so very nice, friendly, courteous & knowledgeable of products and didn’t push anything was honest and I felt like I rushed through a little to fast and could have stayed to learn and buy more so maybe next time.
