Please update or confirm you ur store hours. Online listing and store door say open at 9am on weekdays, but that was not the case when I stopped by. Otherwise store has quality products at a convenient location.
Ive finally found my smoke shop! I recently moved to the high point area within the past 6 months and I’ve been looking for a smoke/vape shop. The problem is that every shop I go, I don’t feel welcome nor do I feel comfortable to ask questions. I’m usually greeted by someone who looks unprofessional and who just wants to sell me anything and everything. Today all that changed when on a whim I stopped by IHemp. Upon entering the building I was approached by Ms. Ryan who immediately started asking me questions about different products as well as taking the time to explain everything on the shelves to me. Thank you so much for being so professional and making feel welcome. You answered every question I had and I can’t thank you enough for all your suggestions and signing me up for the discount card!! You have made me a customer for life. I’m looking forward to seeing you again.
I absolutely love this store, the manager Ryan is absolutely amazing. She is sweet and very patient-explained the products to me so that I could find what works best for my aunts pain! I would definitely recommend
Ryan has always been the best part of the experience! I’ve been coming to IHemp for years now & Ryan has always been the best employee I have interacted with. Her knowledge on product & side effects of said products makes her an A++ employee. She is always very honest when giving reviews on products & never lets me feel like I don’t know what I’m taking home with me.
