So I was making the road trip up to VT and thought this would be the perfect spot to stop, and being a huge fan of insa ofc I did. Big shoutout to Gabby and Sylva (I think your name was), but nonetheless they were very patient, sweet and knowledgeable… thank you again. Def recommend this location!!!
Alyssa, my cashier was prompt & VERY friendly. It’s been my experience that all the employees at this location are wonderful to interact with. I travel nearly 40 minutes to use their store because the prices & selection FAR exceed what I find in CT. Stop into Insa for a great buy before your desired high!
This is my first time shopping at an Insa location. Pretty standard experience… Many of the associates were disengaged… When we walked in, we were not greeted or told to provide an ID because the associates (3 of them) were too busy talking to each other about something happening within the store. There was even, a fourth person in the check-in area who was simply sitting there looking at videos on her phone… I can’t even imagine what their payroll must look like! Anyway, the in-store experience was OK… We did get approached by a customer service person and they did help us make some selections. That said, the things that we really wanted they were completely out of and are in fact no longer carrying. The set up inside is really nice and the visuals have a very good impact. Overall, it was a standard/OK experience but nothing that would really entice me to come back for a second round.

From start to finish, their knowledge, professionalism, and friendliness were top-notch. They took the time to answer all my questions, provide insightful recommendations, and ensure I walked away feeling confident in my purchase.
Their customer service was truly above and beyond—attentive, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. It’s rare to come across a team so passionate about what they do, and it absolutely shows. If you’re visiting Insa, I highly recommend seeking out Issac and Chance for an exceptional experience.
