I recently visited Insa for some relief from my condition, and I must say, the experience was outstanding, thanks to the staff.
Anthony was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He took the time to understand my needs and guide me towards products tailored to my needs.
One thing I noticed was the absence of a tip jar. The service was great and I wanted to leave a tip for the staff member who helped me. I highly recommend adding a tip jar to recognize the excellent service provided by your team.
Visited Insa on The Villages Area…….Extremely knowledgeable.And can feel the passions the whole team displays ….wonderful strains..Meticulously trimmed..Nicely cured… with solid terpene profiles..Bought a few different indica and sativa ..All are very productive …Presentation in glass containers with available flower is a special touch.. Can visually see and experience aroma of flower …which is a huge benifit .Truly appreciate Insa and Will always be at the top of my rotations.. All the staff are amazing! The manager is so knowledgeable and very polite! He was also training two guys who’s names i forget but they were both very helpful and seemed to be fast learners because I thought one of them was the manager 😆 💯 They give an amazing Veteran discount and they always have sweet store deals for other patients! I don’t shop anywhere else since coming here! P.S. they should be allowed to get tips …I always try and give them one and they have to politely turn it down but they totally deserve it! Whoever hired these staff I 🫡 you sir or ma’am
This is my favorite dispensary. I drive an hour one way to shop here. They have a huge variety of good quality products. Also, when it comes to edibles, the chocolate bar is the best thing I’ve ever tasted. You cannot taste the THC at all. And the shopping experience is phenomenal because they have the product on display that they offer so you don’t have to shop on a computer screen. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and also everyone had a smile on their faces which enhanced my shopping experience. This place is a must go dispensary!!!!
