Buyer beware: does that get your attention? It should. The hours of operation listed on their actual webpage are somewhat confusing, as seen in the pictures.
Note the discrepancy between the hours listed on Google and those on their webpage, particularly the 9 am opening time that is not clearly communicated.
Upon visiting the location at 9 am, you will find it locked, as indicated by the photo of the hours posted on the door. It is advisable to arrive after 10 am.
Buyer beware: taking photos of items can facilitate a smoother transaction. In this instance, a photograph was taken of one of their items, but it was not purchased due to a lack of desired products.
However, the same item was later found at another location for $1.96 cheaper, as evidenced by the photographs.
The transaction at the second location was seamless, with courteous staff, a clean environment, and clear labeling.
Went in to this dispensary today only because it was convenient. Usually go to Indigenous bloom. The staff was very upbeat and constantly asking if I needed help. I went to the middle till and asked for a sativa hybrid that wasn’t too strong. She looked through her pre rolls and recommended space cookies snow lotus. Paid for it, asked for the receipt which she didn’t give to me. I went out to my truck and googled info on the pre roll. It was indica dominant so I went in to exchange for something I actually wanted. I wasn’t upset at all just wanted to exchange it. The women that helped me the first time was in the back so the other women were trying to help me out. Then out comes the women that served me and took over(Julz I think). She was rude about it and told me that’s the one I wanted. Actually the preroll she recommended was supposed to be a sativa leaning hybrid and it wasn’t. Then said I can’t really return it cuz all sales are final and it’s says so on the receipt. I pointed out that she didn’t give me the receipt. Quite frankly she has a terrible customer service attitude. I have been to dispensaries in Canada, US, Holland and Thailand. Inspired Cannabis turned out to be the worst customer service experience I’ve experienced. I changed to pre roll for a blue dream pre roll. She gave the new pre roll to me and I asked her if there was a difference in price and she said no. Then I asked her for the receipt. She gave me the receipt and two dollars back for my trouble. I placed the two dollars in the tip jar and walked out. When I looked at the receipt the blue dream was a dollar cheaper. That is considered unlawful. When I saw this I regret giving that tip. It really pissed me off and I am disappointed. I will not shop at Inspired again.
This was my first time at their Abbotsford location. I shop at their downtown Vancouver locations and love their product selections, prices, and knowledgeable friendly assistance. The woman in the Abbotsford location, who assisted me on Wednesday afternoon, was extremely helpful in finding the perfect product for me. I felt her level of product knowledge was on point and what she didn’t know, from her extensively accurate memory, she was quick to cyber-search for results. Needless to say, the rest of my day was great! I highly recommend you check them out in downtown Vancouver too, two stores are on Robson Street!
Inspired cannabis in Abbotsford has a great selection and they do offer delivery service.
