Always prompt, friendly and professional, smells like fruity fresh heaven in the lobby, and multiple options for customized treatments. Prices are competitive, albeit high, but the staff is exceptional, informative, and patient. Check your purchase before paying, though. If you buy anything defective, you must return it and wait days for approval to replace it.
I’ve been going to them in Waterloo since February 2024 and they are awesome, very kind folks in the dispensary and the Iowa cannabis company’s products are incredible.
“I rated this product four stars because I believe they have a great selection of products that are of high quality. However, I believe that the prices are too high, and that is why I cannot give a five-star rating. Although the dispensary is the only legal place around my area, I paid over $300 for a card that I truly need for the pain I suffer from. I would have given them a three-star rating if they weren’t the only dispensary around. I feel that the prices are too expensive for a single cart, and it’s quite unfortunate that I have only been able to purchase something a handful of times. Despite this, I appreciate the quality of their products, and I hope that they can find a way to make their products more affordable for everyone.”
So none of this places products actually do anything as far as getting a person high is concerned. So what’s the purpose of this dispensary. Is it to just take people’s cash. Iowa’s laws don’t let anything sold in Iowa actually get a person high. I don’t think these type dispensaries will be around very long. Unless Iowa changes their laws.
Two stars for the kindness of staff, or I would give ZERO! I moved back here (unfortunately) from Denver, CO area, and this place is a JOKE in comparison!! My med card cost $150, with $150 of free flower, vape or whatever. My normal price for a 1gram med vape is $20-25, here it was $80!! 😱 They also have NO flower or shake for $20/oz!!
I’m leaving this area soon, so I don’t care…yet just wanted people to know what the price difference is & how BAD a supply of ANYTHING is soooo low & expensive!! Run to any other state with legalized rec! In CA it’s $14 for a 2g vape 😉
