I don’t typically get to actually visit this store. Wow what an experience. The fellas at the door were friendly and very helpful getting me checked in and on my way. Shopping was a breeze with large menu screens. Even my checkout was super friendly. Zoe was a gem to talk with and had lots of information about the store, hours, and product. The Crystal Lake team really has SUPERIOR customer service skills and it shows. Huge thank you for making my shopping so easy.

Great parking and very knowledgeable staff. The rewards program is something I highly recommend signing up for because you will end up saving quite a bit in the end. Wasn’t 100% sure what I was in here for just knew I was looking to have a good weekend and was pointed in the right direction by the staff member that helped me. The store has a very nice layout and a very welcoming feel it’s not too much and not too little at the same time it’s just the right amount of eye candy. Highly recommend ,we’ll be back again! Very great first time experience.

Popped into the CL location tonight and had great customer service from Danny. He found me exactly what I was looking for despite a minor computer system glitch. Reminded me I had a ton of points to use so I left spending much less than I had planned on. Always great service, awesome sales, and their point system is very generous.
