Amazing shop and very fast with pick up orders. Usually I never have any issues with this place, but for the first time in a year of coming here I finally got some defect disposables that were not charging, not hitting, etc. I called in and talked to Brendan who is a credit to your store. He was super friendly, patient and helpful to resolve this immediately. I was worried because I drove out of state, but he reassured me that that would be no problem and got it fixed. Favorite dispensary in Monroe and I hope Brendan gets the recognition he deserves 🙂
I got some of the best service I’ve ever recieved today..from anywhere..ever. i ordered curbside 1st time ever, the lady on the phone was so kind, patient & helpful. Then Parker, my curbside assistant was awesome. Much appreciated, man!!
I had my first visit to JARS in Monroe today and highly recommend stopping by! My budtender, Brit, was awesome!! She was friend, very helpful, and provided some amazing product suggestions. The prices and selection were great, too! I will definitely be back next time I’m in town 🙂
I had a great experience while at Jars in Monroe. The staff where super friendly and knowledgeable. It was a nice experience with no pressure to hurry up. Avery was so sweet answering all my questions when I didn’t have a clue what I wanted or how the process worked she explained everything to me and was patient . Made me super comfortable for my first time visiting. The lady at the front desk was so sweet and made me feel so welcomed I was nervous and she calmed all my anxieties . Very clean and attentive place can’t wait to come back
