Courtney was a wonderful budtender.
She was very knowledgeable and I found her opinions on product to be very relatable. In addition she was also very pleasent, polite, professional, attentive and easy to talk to. All in all it was getting r eat experience. I will be returning. And I would definitely recommend jars. Jars is my favorite dispo. The inside of the store is nice and always clean. All the employees are wonderful. There stock and numerous selections to choose from is by far better than most. It’s absolutely my favorite dispo about the only one I use. And

Love this location. Haven’t met a person I don’t like yet. Very knowledgeable, nice and patient. My last visit I was helped by Kenzie. She was super nice (nails were fire) and she was very patient with my cousin who was from out of town. She took her time and explained everything that was on their deals and promotions list. I was even able to get a free 1/8 because this was my cousins first time and I referred her. This is my go-to spot and I love it here.
It was our first time in, I had used products like this before but because it was in another state none of the brands crossed over. Zumla was so patient, Thorough, and understanding with me, as we explored what was going to work best. Zumla displayed a wealth of knowledge & took the time to teach me about how the products hit different here. I feel more comfortable & confident about making purchases in the future.
This is my favorite dispensary. Very consistent with good customer service. Usually not too long of lines. Not in too much of a hurry to answer questions. Today Alex helped me. She fixed my points because I was a dunce and didn’t make sure they were added. I appreciate it. That usually means I’ll spend more anyway. They always have really good deals.
Edward is not just extremely knowledgeable about the product, but he seems genuinely interested in his customers. His customer service is beyond reproach, as is the entire staff I might add. From the moment when I (accompanied by my service dog) am greeted until I leave the service is always with a smile and gratitude towards my service, as a veteran I can assure you it is well appreciated not just by me but the entire veteran community.
