Not even remotely from the area, but when I swung by to visit and grab some cbd I was very impressed at the knowledge the person at the counter had.
All my questions were answered swiftly and with great detail.
Accidentally bought CBG instead of CBD, called the next day and asked about a refund although I had opened one of the containers already. I was told I could return both for an exchange the same day regardless of the package.
I bought a nano CBD chocolate, a container of cbd gummies, two containers of CBG gummies, and two containers of 10mg thc and 250 MG cbd gummies. I’ve tried all of them and every single one were delicious and gave me the most amazing calming effect. I can’t get good quality products like this where I’m from, and if I’m ever in the area again this is the only place I’d buy from.
This place is amazing and the guy that works the cashier is great. Always friendly and knowledgeable. Super nice to my puppy too! The products are certified ateast the ones i bought and ive noticed a difference in my energy and overall health!

Thank you to the great people at Kanapa for helping fix this issue. I went in and was able to replace the defected device with no problem! Tested it before I left and it is great! Thank you, I will be visiting again soon. I forgot the employee’s name that helped me but I will make sure to in include his name in my next review!

I’m a new Kanapa CBD customer. Being that I enjoyed the Skywalker OG, Super Sour Diesel, as well as the regular CBD dominant gummies a lot, I decided to try a vape by Kanapa CBD. Upon unpacking the product, I realized there was a bit of residue outside of the device. I wrote it off as manufacturing residue. I was able to take a pull from the device before having to charge it. I let it fully charge and I waited to use it for a day or so. When I tried to use it again, I noticed that it wouldn’t cut on, it would only bubble and spill cbd from the mouth piece. I tried to charge it again and got the same results. It’s a bit disappointing because I enjoy the gummies so much and I was hoping this would provide some relief when away from home. All I have gotten is wasted CBD juice and a vaporizer that doesn’t work.
Kanapa Dispensary is phenomenal!! 👍Everytime I’m in Richmond I stop by here. I live in the Tidewater area. Chris and Jonah are gems 💎. Jonah is very informative, humourous and professional. 😃. I mainly use THC for my anxiety plus pain since I fell from my balcony and my 🦶 was detached. I had surgery 3 times to reattach my foot install 12 screws along with a steel plate and bunji chord/rope. Chris recommended an Indica brand which they no longer carry yet it really helped with my Chronic pain 😱 I have to file for disability now . I walk with a cane or a rolling walker. The THC also helps with my depression.🥺 Kanapa is the ONLY Dispensary I go to on the planet!!! They really care about people. Once you go here you will not desire to go anywhere else 💪.
