Kathleen was very friendly and helpful! I walked in pretty much knowing what I wanted as I had already browsed the website (that is super helpful with descriptions) she knew what I was talking about where it was located in store and willing to tell me about it. I was getting a couple of my usual items, but super friendly and I was in out with great ease and satisfaction!
