Good products, however, the experience depends entirely on who is working that day. A few are friendly, most are rude. The “student discount” is a scam and makes you pay full price for everything essentially nulling the discount. Save your money and go to another dispenary.
Had a good experience here. It was my first time in Key. Friendly staff. I don’t know my budtender’s name, but he was nice to look at and he knew what I was talking about. He recommended another device to try out for dabbing, which I look forward to. Happy with my purchase also. I’ll be going back.
The reccomendations I received from my budtender Redgie were really good, but the customer service, green knowledge, and conversation made this location my new favorite spot in town. Amazing vibes. Oh and I got a great deal too!
Honestly the worst customer experience twice now. I’m not coming here again. I went through the drive thru. The first time the guy put my product in the drawer, when it opened on my side the bag instantly fell off and under my car. Thankfully the guy in the car behind me got out of his car & was able to reach it since I wasn’t able to. The second time the guy is looking for my order for a few minutes. It slipped my mind the day of to go pick up my online order, so I went the next day to get it. Apparently they cancel all orders that are not picked up same day. It would have been nice to see that on the website or to get a reminder text in that situation. I would have settled for a text stating the order was cancelled, but I didn’t even get that.
Always helpful and knowledgeable staff. Prices are hard to beat and the quality is top grade! I love the deals they offer weekly shopping with the perks you will find in your wallet.
