I have always had a great experience at Kindcare, but my recent visit exceeds any trip before. So much so, I felt compelled to leave this review.
Jamie G. helped me and is such a joyous person and enthusiastically knowledgeable. I left with a smile on my face and new information in my brain. I was totally comfortable asking questions and she did a great job of explaining the different brands, combinations, and potential effects. Employees like her make a great company!
Friendly staff, small issue with my order but Erica and Nick were amazing. Erica called me and made arrangements to fix everything. My stop in yesterday was wonderful. Nick assisted me with the fix and I walked out with a smile. Great place to buy from.
The staff here are always helpful and knowledgeable, but my last visit was exceptional good thanks to Jamie G. My wife and I had some questions about certain products, and Jamie went above and beyond in answering every question. Not only was she very knowledgeable, her excitement about all the different products really shows that she enjoys sharing that knowledge. We are very happy with our purchases and couldn’t thank her enough!
Chaz was so completely wonderful. I came in with what I thought were stupid bare bones questions about tinctures and pain relief, and he made me feel heard and was so very informative about the products he was showing me as well as just being a super pleasant person overall. Love this store and I’ll definitely be back!
They have the most welcoming and friendly staff. The interior is very clean and in my opinion, classy. Excellent rewards program as well!!
