Great location with a nice selection of products. 1hr delivery within the city is a nice bonus too
Worst delivery service of life promised one hour delivery cancelled after two hours. They make you pay upfront and promising you one hour delivery on the website and then they cancel a new last minute. Very unfair.They honestly need to update their policies on their website because it’s completely unfair to customers. We called were told that there was one delivery driver working that he was on the east end I had no idea when he’d be back and then a half an hour before it says it’s going to be delivered. We got a phone call cancelling it because it wouldn’t be able to be delivered by the driver so this is just complete garbage delivery service . I understand this is probably not honeypots’s fault but the fact that they’re using this delivery service with the promise of 1hr makes it their fault

Kindling is my new store.
My other store charged $3 for delivery on orders under $25.
Im ok with that.
Now they don’t deliver orders under $25, period.
Kindling said delivery in an hour.
It was closer to an hour and a half … but !
Nobody else promises delivery in under 2 or 3 hours and one store charges $9 for every and any delivery.
I was fine with the timing, I liked the product I bought, it wasn’t all dried out and hard like other places, and the price was fair.
I always get delivery, so I appreciate their level of customer service.
The people who work at this store are kind and helpful, however, the one-hour delivery promise is not accurate. I was informed that they only have one driver for the entire city of Toronto– so it’s impossible to honour their 1-hour delivery promise. This is clearly a management issue, and it’s unfair to both staff and customers. The staff regularly get yelled at by angry customers whose orders are late, when it’s out of their control. Meanwhile customers’ plans get messed up when they expect a 1-hour delivery and it doesn’t happen. Do not order online if you need it to come within the hour– it won’t happen.
