Being new to all of this and having anxiety makes this a very hard journey. But for those of you who understand the struggles, you need to ask for Tiffany. She was amazing. Very knowledgeable and so kind. Her patients with me was amazing. It was a bit overwhelming and I am not a fan of the store setup, but Tiffany really helped turn this around to a great experience.

Today was my first time visiting this dispensary with my friend, and we were super excited after seeing the great pricing online. However, our excitement quickly faded the moment we walked in.
As soon as we stepped through the door, we were met with the rudest front desk lady. She had a nasty attitude and immediately yelled at me for my ID while I was just trying to ask where to pick up my online order. It felt like she couldn’t be bothered to help at all.
Thankfully, the staff member who actually helped us with our order was much nicer, which somewhat redeemed the experience. Still, you’d think the front desk person—the first point of contact for customers—would be friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, that was not the case.
Would I come back? Maybe, but only because of the prices and the helpful staff inside. But that front desk experience really left a bad impression.
This place is awesome! And had the best person there help us. Tiffany H., thanks for being so knowledgeable and get us exactly what we wanted. We will be back because of you!
