What is it that makes us so happy about eating out? A great waiter and a humorous waiter!! Someone makes us feel like for the next hour and a half, we are important and we are seen. Jordan did an extraordinary job listening to what we wanted bring us what we wanted and even some extra special attention!
I had an awesome experience at King’s Crew because of the staff. They’re all incredibly knowledgeable about products, recommending the best quality cannabis. I especially had a good experience because of a bud tender I think his name is Michael , he’s a chill guy & gave me a great deal!
I have been a loyal customer for years. Sadly today will be my last visit. Kings Crew GM sold me old dried dusty flower. I took it back less than 24 hrs later. Apparently the return policy has changed and they will no longer make a bad purchase (even if it’s on their recommendation) right. The manager said because so much product is being returned that they will not replace or refund bad product or your cash.
The GM was all nice and helpful while he was selling me product more than 3 months old. Today he was rude, condescending and dismissive. A manager should never use the phase. ” there’s nothing I can do.” There is ALWAYS something you can do.
You ripped off an elderly disabled person.
When I asked the manager if she felt that she was being fair she said, NO.
You lost a loyal customer over $42.00.

Update: I found HAVEN on REDONDO & 4TH. They not only have fresh flower, they made up for the loss I took at KC. There are still good people in the world.
Brittany was there to greet us the moment we entered the store. She was knowledgeable and friendly and helped us with our questions. It’s always a pleasant experience shopping at Kings Crew.
First time being here. I came in and a man who goes by Z was welcoming and made me feel at home right away. I got what I needed and he had a very energetic vibe the whole time. Definitely will be back
