During my last visit, there was an issue with the payment as the charge on my credit card did not appear under the name “Wonderland.” Instead of attempting to clarify or resolve the situation, the store employees chose to treat me with a lack of respect, ultimately asking.
No, there was no mistake. I canceled it myself, but it was in another name. If you are going to charge me, you should have contacted me first or used the company’s name to charge me. I was there today to make a purchase and no one tried to help me at all. On the contrary, I was thrown out of the store and treated like a criminal. I should sue you, but I’d rather never set foot there again and pass on this company’s terrible feedback.
