Lake City has to be the best cannabis store I’ve ever been in. Over and over they proved to have the best prices available, the product is unbeatable and so much to choose from. The staff is great, they are always happy and welcoming you to their store. The knowledge that they have is very helpful when it comes to selling the product and giving you the best product out there. They’re loyalty program is hands-down. The best there is. Glad I went! Got a 5pk of Simply Bare Fruit Loopz for a good price, considering Simply Bare is a more expensive brand. I’m excited to try it. I also prefer the physical menus to ones on tablets or tv screens. Nice location. Thanks guys 🙂
I love lake city cannabis this is 100% my main store and will always remain that way for several reasons, along the lines of extremely competitive pricing, along with the best customer service I’ve ever come across, all the staff is great however one person in particular among their staff always goes above and beyond every single time I see him, Welaa is an awesome employee and I even prefer to come in on days that he works, always has the biggest smile on his face, always extremely friendly and polite, I’ve never been rushed or felt unwelcome, he always has a recommendation for something and most of the time the recommendations are amazing. Absolute 10/10 employee, I would definitely recommend this place, and ask for welaa if he is working!
Maddie is an absolute gem of a bud tender and she has been helping me make selections for years. As well as all the other staff, very friendly and always hooking up sweet deals.
Great service from all employees, this time was Alex. Friendly and efficient worker, the guy was even serving someone in Spanish as I walked in and swapped immediately to English for me and another customer, if that’s not quality customer service I don’t know what is.
