I already reviewed this place, but I just had such a wonderful experience that I had to review again from my backup email address. There was a small mistake with my most recent order, but I didn’t catch it for a few days. Despite my offering no proof beyond my explanation of the situation, the manager was understanding, and put a credit on my account. I feel like this is above and beyond the kind of customer service one comes to expect in the world these days, so I am very pleased.
I was just in there 20 minutes ago to play a game of “your online order ain’t ready game” Twice i went through this showed up at 11:30 And was told no than I get an Email at 11:36 saying it was ready? Going to play around with a good customer like that is so unprofessional as I wait as everyone is getting their order, I understand your short staffed but that’s no way to treat a good customer or anybody for that matter and when is it my problem that your operation is low staff?? Hire more people or faster, I’m going to Rise thank you.
Budtenders are fantastic however they sell DEFECTIVE CRESCO PRODUCTS!! SUPPLY vape pens ARE DEFECTIVE!!!!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!!!! And obviously you can’t reach Cresco to comment. So obviously Cresco knows their products are defective lol
