Initial experience was fine. However, when I learned the flower was THC A, I came back to return it. When I did, the employee working the register took out the cart battery and charger (which I did not want to return) out of the bag without asking me. I assume he did this out of spite, since I wanted to return part of my order. I have never left a review anywhere in my entire life, but this enrages me. Didn’t notice until I arrived home, and sure enough when I looked at my updated receipt, it was taken off. Shop elsewhere.
Always I shop from oxon hill branch which is very good, they were closed today and thats way I went to the rockville. It was second time and both of my experience with this store 👎. The service was awful, mainly the manager. They closed the store at early with no any notification which I drove very hard in snow more than 1 hour. I was there at 7pm for picking up my online order which should be closed at 8. althouht they were inside, they told me we are closed and sent notification to the customers about early closing which it was ridiculous lie. I tried talk a lot but it was waste. Please be responsible and work with your honest for customer!
I purchased a empty jar at 5:45pm on January 5th! This was my first purchase with this company. I purchased a 3.5 for $50. Get home and my jar is sealed but empty! Called them but they were closed. I’m highly mad bc this isn’t a good look for a company!
Update: 1 star to 2. Their google info says they open at 10 but they don’t open til 11. So was waiting for them to open. They gave me a new jar but honestly Im more upset bc the inconvenience and nothing to make up for the 2 day inconvenience. I won’t be back!
