A warm, WELCOMING environment combined with PROFESSIONAL & SUPPORTIVE staff are perhaps my favorite aspects. I’ve mostly worked with Sam ~ she is wonderfully KIND, SO PATIENT & RESPECTFUL. Also, with Hanna who’s super NICE, too and a wealth of KNOWLEDGE! I truly appreciate that they were able to help me understand all the different options available, assisting me to ultimately choose what would work best for me.
I genuinely can’t thank Sam enough for taking the time with me during this entire process. Both Sam & Hanna actually have helped me out tremendously; especially since I was brand new to medical & had never even been inside a medical dispensary.

I was also able to get a FREE MED CARD on site! Local Leaf runs DAILY SPECIALS for discounts and/or bonus products. The day I first went in, I was able to obtain my med card ~ FREE of charge (typically costs $50 and it arrived in the mail about a week later). All I needed was my driver’s license.
I’d say so far, my favorite choice from Local Leaf would be these gummies (shared a photo of the package) ~ they’re PHENOMENAL!
I’m slowly branching out, trying various other options (including tincture, cartridge pen, pre-rolls..). Thus far, I have NO COMPLAINTS. In fact, I am looking forward to going back in and definitely HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
I have tried just about every medical dispensary in Portland and I have been consuming cannabis for over 55 years now. Local leaf in my opinion is as good of a cultivator as there is in Maine. They sell a top shelf flower grown by them for $100 every month. Kept Secret, Super Boof, Big Bud, Blueberry Sugar to name a few. Every strain is grown and cured to perfection. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Local Leaf.
Ashley and Jameson were knowledgeable and helpful with every aspect of my visit. They explained products, deals, and med card renewal options!

The budtenders are fantastic. Super helpful and great customer service. I never know what I want and they help me figure it out with ease! Definitely recommended.
